Black Legend - Company Review:
Projects:
Black Legend
was a software company which published the titles from various software developments teams. Their greatest successes on the Amiga were
Tower of Souls
which is a wonderful isometeric roleplaying game with AGA graphics and
Behind the Iron Gate
which was one of the first real 3D action/strategy games for the Amiga. Also they published the famous
Football Glory
collection which is known for lots of funny sequences within the matches.
At the end of 1996 the company stopped its activities because they could no longer sell enough titles in a shrunking Amiga market.
But only a while later the ex Black Legend president
Richard M. Holmes
came back with a new company called Inca Gold. This is a growing entertainment software publishers with offices on the whole globe and a great repertory of PC games.
