15 Sep 1999 - Back to the Roots V2.02New stuff:
Today I have another surprise for you! Black Crypt, the excellent role playing game is ready for download! Many thanks and greetings are flying over to the friendly people at Raven Software, who have made this download possible.

But that's not all. Big thanks also to Mr. Paul Robertshaw from Mental Image Software Design. His company has created one of the best fruit machine simulators for the Amiga - Bandit Mania - and of course this game is now online here. Have a look please - the features are amazing and the entire game looks excellent. Other new games from this company are the Invaders, Rebound and the Amiga version of Gridrunner, which was done with Jeff Minters permission. Additionally, Super Bob Dylan, which is a very well done Mario clone.

Some of you have asked for some Megademos. Well, I'm not a fan of this type of demos, and so I don't have a lot of them. But nevertheless, I have uploaded one now, and a very famous one of course. The Red Sector Megademo! I hope you'll enjoy it but please don't ask me why I have rated this demo like that. As I've said, I don't like such demos...

Due to the big succes, which Sanity demos still have I've added another famous creation of them - Turmoil, an excellent music disk. This one not with music from Jester, but with great tunes from Bit-Arts. The last demo, which was added is another request - Mental Overdose #1. A music disk, which features three excellent remakes of famous Prodigy songs.

Also 28 new mods were uploaded. You should especially listen to the tunes from Evade, who is, that's my opinion, the most talented musician in Sweden and he's a member of the group Noice. You should also listen the tunes from Andromeda, who is also a member of Noice, and to all the other new tunes which are online now. Open your mind - and your ears!

And last but not least, Hippie2000 changed the Tools section into a download section. So you will find the newest Emulators, some of the best Emu-Tools, a good selection of Music-Tools and all known Amiga related Plugins and of course my collection of Skins there. For those who don't already know: One of the best music players in the world - WinAmp - went freeware, so you may download it here from now on.

Also worth to note: A bug in the engine has been fixed, which caused trouble to Go!Zilla users, we hope this works fine now. Please contact Hippie2000 if you still have trouble and report the program and version you use.
