Mandarin Software was the the games label of Europress in the past, a company which is well known for their excellent racing simulations. Unfortunately Mandarin Software was not so active on the Amiga but more active on the Atari ST, so there's not much to tell about them.
I know only two great games, which were published by them for the Amiga. The first is a nice Rally racing game called Lombard RAC Rally, one of the grandfathers from actual games like Colin MacRae Rally. The other game is the the Time and Magik Trilogy, a compilation of three excellent text adventures, which were written by Level 9 and which contains also some beautiful graphics.
Mandarin Software was also involved in Amos, because they have published the versions AMOS The Creator. But that's all what I know about them.
