This CD contains the wonderful music from Epic Megagames' brilliant 3D-shooter Unreal. It was composed by Alexander 'Siren' Brandon and Michael van den Bos from Straylight Productions and is one of the best game soundtracks I've ever heard.
The various music styles (orchestral, ambient, electronic, techno, spiritual) build up a gigantic atmosphere - fantastic work! Included on this album is also a track, which isn't part of the original game - the "Unreal Euro Dance Mix" - a nice remix of the title theme.
Let's make it short - this soundtrack is a must have for everyone who is just a little bit interested in game music. In my personal opinion it's the best game soundtrack of the year 1998! |
