Enter "MARY WHITEHOUSE" for your name on the high score table.  This
will give you the ability to kill the polar bears and civilians during
play.

Enter "KANNIJADE KREW" for your name on the high score table.  This
will give you invincibility and will allow you to skip levels with
the two buttons on the top of the joypad.
